About the Program

The Water Efficient Landscape Rebate Program aims to conserve water by providing rebates for converting living grass to water-efficient landscapes. This program is available to all single and multi-family residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial properties in Washington County.

At Golden Maya Inc., we are dedicated to assisting you with this transition. Our team of professionals will work with you to transform your landscape, including the installation of synthetic turf to ensure you achieve the best results.

Ready to convert your grass?

The district will rebate property owners for each square foot of grass removed and replaced with water efficient landscaping.

Rebate amounts:

$2.00 per square foot up to 5,000 square feet
$1.00 per square foot for more than 5,000 square feet
Minimum of 300 square feet to qualify

After your application is submitted, you must participate in a pre-conversion site visit.
