No. Many clients start without one. We help you look at lots in Washington County and check utilities, slope and HOA rules before you buy.
Can I bring my own house plans?
Yes. We can build from your plans, or our designer and engineer can draw new ones or adjust what you have.
How long does it take to build a custom home?
Most custom homes take between 8 and 14 months after permits, depending on size, finishes and the city or county review time. We give you a schedule before we start and update it every week.
Are you licensed to build homes in Utah?
Yes. Golden Maya Inc. holds a Utah B100 General Building Contractor license (#11595237-5501) and is a member of the Southern Utah Home Builders Association.
